Be a dedicated, trustworthy employee and may Allah count every single good deeds that you do as ibadah, to gain His blessings in the world, for the everlasting happiness in Jannah, insyaAllah. Remember that there's always good reasons behind why Allah sketched our journey like this. Do not ever regret the past, but take them all positively to create better future, at least for yourself.
