Toblerone Cheesecake

You only need :

18 Oreo cookies/Bourbon chocolate biscuits/chocolate cookies
- remove cream, crash into crumbs

2 tbsp butter
- melted

4 packages of 200g (or 800g) soft cheese
- Kraft Philadelphia is recommended

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

200g Toblerone chocolate
- melted

3 eggs


And you only have to do :

Preheat oven to 160°C. Mix crushed cookies and butter, press firmly onto bottom of pan.

Pop the crust into oven for about 5 minutes.

Beat well cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence. Add melted chocolate, mix well.

Add eggs, one by one.

Pour mixture over crust, bake for 1 hour. Refrigerate the cake overnight.
